For us, Lupin beans, or "fusaie", are the taste of our childhood, when we used to buy them on street corners from street vendors or chew on them at the movies. And so we offer them to you in all their appetizing simplicity. They are so tasty, delicious and fun that we almost forget that they are one of the oldest legumes known to humanity, and that they have a protein content equal to that of meat and greater than that of eggs.
