BLACK OVEN BACKED OLIVES
More than all the others, this olive represents the history of our company and tells the story of our past. This is how the company came about: my grandfather started drying this type of olives over the big fireplace at home and then selling them in Rome's local markets. Today, as in the past, we continue to select them for you, to work with them in full respect for tradition and to make them increasingly delicious for your palates.

OLIVE NERE AL FORNO
E' l'oliva che più di tutte le altre rappresenta la nostra storia della nostra azienda, caratterizzando il nostro passato. Noi siamo nati in questo modo: mio nonno ha iniziato a far essiccare questa tipologia di olive sopra il grande camino di casa per poi andarle a vendere a Roma, nei mercatini rionali. Oggi, come ieri, continuiamo a selezionarle per voi, a lavorararle nel rispetto della tradizione e renderle sempre più sfiziose ai vostri palati.
